Towing / Lifting Mod Added!

After several days of putting it off, I have finally added in the towing mod! You can now tow cars with other cars and drive them anywhere. Also you can get inside helicopters and lift cars into the air and carry them with people inside the car too! Overall a really neat feature I have listed below what can and what you can tow with. Please note you cannot tow a car that can also tow cars. To activate the feature simply pull up nearby to a towable or liftable vehicle and scroll wheel and hit tow / lift. If you are towing it will ask you to attach the vehicle to the "tow truck" so simply scroll wheel and hit tow. If you are lifting you do not have to worry about attaching the vehicle to anything it does it for you.
